Marganith – Instalation at Cine Forte festival 2011

A series of street-painted glyphs mark over 40 locations from which the tower “Marganith” (Israeli military facility located in central Tel Aviv) can be seen. The marks are located outdoors along a consistent radius, keeping the tower at it’s center.

A series of street-stencil signs mark over 40 outdoor locations from which the tower of Marganith can be seen from within the city of Tel-Aviv. The marks are located at a consistent distance from the tower.

Juke Ben Dick

A somewhat dysfunctional juke box keeps the artist and his daughter safely trapped in their kitchen cupbord. The Work is composed entirely of remixed footage from Moby Dick – a 2000 short film by the Israeli artist Guy Ben Ner (33sec. Looped) Also see: Ben Ner’s original Moby Dick (13 min)
